What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with a coconut, apricot, soy, and paraffin wax blend, high-quality fragrance oils, and cotton core wicks.

Are your candles safe?
Yes! Our candles are made with clean ingredients and follow industry safety standards. As with all candles, they should be burned according to safety guidelines.

Do you offer wholesale?

How long do your candles burn?
Our candles burn for approximately 50–60 hours when used properly.

Are your fragrances phthalate-free?
Yes, all of our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and carefully selected for both safety and scent performance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@moonwickco.com, and we’ll make it right. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

My candle isn’t burning evenly. What should I do?
Be sure to burn your candle long enough to reach a full melt pool across the top (usually 3–4 hours). This is especially important during the first few burns.
