📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches), processing times may be slightly extended.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated Delivery Times (after processing):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

🌙 Free Shipping
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts, before tax).
📍 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.
🕯️ Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Moon Wick Candles is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist you in filing a claim or locating your package. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please first check with your neighbors or local post office.
