Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, we may request a photo of the damaged or defective item. Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on availability.
